• Personal data — When you sign in via Google Login, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by your Google account.
• Usage data — We collect your practice history, spelling mistakes, custom word sets, and streak counts to deliver and improve your learning experience.
• Payment information — We do not collect, store, or process any card numbers, PINs, or mobile banking credentials. All transactions are handled securely by our authorized payment partner. We only receive a transaction status and a Transaction ID.

• To create and manage your account.
• To save and display your learning progress, streaks, and custom word sets.
• To verify payment and activate Pro features upon a successful transaction.
• To respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
• To monitor and improve platform performance and quality.

• Authentication — Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. We do not store your passwords. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for details on how they manage your credentials.
• Payment processing — All payments are processed on a secure, encrypted page provided by our authorized payment partner. We do not have access to your card numbers, PINs, or mobile banking credentials at any point.

We use enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure and industry-standard security protocols to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Access to personal data is strictly limited to authorized personnel only.

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. Upon a confirmed deletion request, all personal data, practice history, and account information will be permanently removed within 14 business days.

Our service is intended for IELTS exam candidates and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
